Picda have developed a new Project adapting to our industry 4.0<\/p>\n

Against the threat\u2019s that imposes the rise of the cost of the materials and the reduction of commercial margins in the world markets, we only have the continuous improvement as the main factor for the competitive improvement of our company.<\/p>\n

In this context we started the project in April 2016:<\/p>\n

DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SOFTWARE TOOLS FOR REAL-TIME MONITORING OF PRODUCTION AND TROUBLE-SHOOTING<\/p>\n

The main objectives were: to know the production and incidents in real time, centralizing the information for its use in the continuous improvement and dimensioning the necessary infrastructures to reach it.<\/p>\n

In the execution of this project we have followed agile development methods, adapting each one of the evolutions to the real basic needs of the users, finally achieving as a result a useful tool from the first day.<\/p>\n

We are convinced that this first step is the right path, and that with the help of all, we will achieve sustainable growth thanks to the total integration of PICDA as an industry 4.0<\/p>\n
