PICDA, S.L.’s Complaints Channel is a tool that allows both employees and third parties to alert the company about acts of fraud, corruption, harassment or other improper actions by its staff, without prejudice, where appropriate, to any criminal or employment consequences that may arise. It is a secure and confidential means that allows, when considered necessary, anonymous reports to be made; reports whose plausibility will be analysed, giving rise to the opening of the corresponding investigation procedures if there are sufficient elements or indications. If you leave your contact details, you will be informed of the status of your complaint, as explained in the Complaints Channel procedure. Please note that the Complaints Channel should not be used to make proposals or other considerations; nor should it be used to generate unfounded or false conflict situations, as evidence of the conduct or facts reported will be requested.
