Alfarrasí is moving forward with the development of 19 hectares of new industrial land, a project in which PICDA intends to play an active role.

As reported by Levante-EMV, PICDA will finance the preparation of the planning documents required to amend the General Urban Development Plan and has also expressed its willingness to apply for the role of urban development agent.

This initiative opens up new opportunities to expand our capacity, continue investing and develop new industrial projects.

And growth also means being better connected. The future dualling of the CV-60 and its connection to the AP-7 and N-332 will strengthen our strategic position and improve our links to the main logistics corridors.
